All products supplied by Ciao Chef are guaranteed for one year after delivery against defects in materials or workmanship. The product proves defective during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge from our factory and the customer is obliged to send back at their own expense the purchased item.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by errors or discrepancies in the installation or incorrect use of the machine, in this case the company  doesn't assumes liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the above conditions.

Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to inspect the outer packaging. If the packaging has been altered it must be accepted with a reservation and communicated immediately toCiaoChef.

If the packaging does not present any external damage, the customer has the obligation to inspect the goods during the day of delivery. If the item is damaged, the customer should notify it promptly to CiaoChef.

All products distributed by CiaoChef meet regulatory requirements and our society is available upon request to certify the evidence. In any event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the company will not be liable for delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate all or part of the contract, suspend or postpone the execution.
