Designed for cubing mozzarella cheese. The chopped mozzarella maintains its softness and gives a good yield.
The vegetable chopper disks can be used to obtain various types of chopped vegetables for pizza toppings. Slice mushrooms, eggplants, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes etc. Manufactured to comply with standard EN 1678 they can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning.
All TI stainless steel mozzarella choppers are manufactured in Aisi 304 stainless steel with a patented electro-polishing procedure that guarantees compliance with current standard EN 631 for food processing, as well as high resistance to corrosion. The cover and the removable accessories are dishwasher-proof.
All devices are fitted with a powerful low noise motor reducer (noise level <70db). Hourly production rate of the TI for cubing varies from Kg.
120 - 190. All devices are manufactured in compliance with the following machine directives: 98/37 EEC on Electromagnetic compatibility 899/336 EEC - 89/109 EEC on Hygiene, as well as in compliance with UNI EN 1678. Consequently they are CE marked.
