Long-lasting plates made of treated cast iron in order to grant hygiene and to avoid acids and salts in addition to an absolutely resistance to oxidation. - Available with cast iron smooth, scored or mixed plates or stainless steel smooth plates.
- - Body in stainless steel. - Cast iron plates treated with glass-ceramic: best robustness and long-lasting perfect heat conductivity very easy to clean - Armoured heating elements attached to the plates for a perfect heat conductivity and a fast heating. - Two adjustable thermostats to 300°C allow the separate use of the two halves of the plate.
