ITS MAIN FEATURES Thanks to the technology of the static relays used, together with a software expressly studied and installed on the microchip in the electronic board, it is possible to customize the baking with most versatility and easiness in use, distributing proportionally the energy absorptions for the expected workload.

The power regulation top/bottom by the electronic control allows a gradual attainment of the requested temperature and most of all a distribution in percentage terms between area and area of the heat power used and/or necessary. This means a doub le advantage of a perfectly distributed heat and a big energy saving. Always with the meaning of saving energy, the control ECONOMY is installed in this line.

The activation of this function avoids the heating elements to work simultaneously. This function, to be used during the breaks of the ovens, reduces considerably the needed energy requirements, yet keeping the oven at the temperature set. When the oven starts working again, this function should be deactivated.

In order to grant a better customisation of the oven, and a perfect versatility, 9 possibilities of programming are available. Always available, the electronics have timer and auto-ignition. Modularity: this line of ovens is made in single modules of 4, 6, 9 pizzas, stackable up to 3 modules.

Energy saving: the use of special materials with high insulation capacity, the result of the experience of many years in the field of professional pizzerias, together with a gasket against high temperatures on the front of the door take the consumption of our ovens to what is strictly needed. Security thermostat: the oven is equipped with an electro-mechanic security thermostat placed on the back. This equipment operates when, a possible anomaly of the electronics, the inner temperature of the chamber should get over 470°C.

Large Baking chambers (ME4: 70x70 cm; ME6: 70x105 cm; ME6G: 105x70 cm; ME9: 105x105 cm), are completely made in stainless steel. Door with double glass with air space. Always in order to grant the perfect safety of the user, we have designed a door with innovative technical features.

If the oven is used in the optimal exercise range (around or till 350°C), the external temperature of the door remains within those limits, which grants total safety from burning. The large glass surface allows the constant monitoring of the baking. The use of a system with hinges with springs allows the door to be released in a few seconds, in order to proceed with the cleaning and/or maintenance, without the help of any tool, and grants, in the meantime, an always optimal closing.

External structure: the external panel is made of stainless steel. Temperature gauge in the control panel there is a temperature gauge indicating perfectly and in real time the temperatures inside the baking chambers.

Baking surface: bricks in refractory material certified for the cooking of the food are installed inside the baking chambers. Fastening steam discharger: the oven has a valve for the total or partial fastening of the smoke discharge.

It collects the baking steams coming out by opening the door and it canalises them in the chimney flue. Lighting: ovens are equipped with internal lighting operated by a push button in the control panel. Temperature setting: the temperature is set on the control panel with the possibility to regulate them from 50°C to 450°C.

TOP Version It is possible to manufacture the baking chamber of the oven completely (bottom, top, sides and back) in refractory material.

Module HOOD represents the upper terminal part of the oven and it is essential to take it except for flush mounting.
