Vertical slicer in stainless steel and anodized aluminium with stainless steel blade.
Made from aluminium and stainless steel with a patented surface treatment which is suitable for food processing and is highly resistant to corrosion, this machine is made in accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. The machines have 12V switches with two reset buttons. The carriage with an arm for cold meats, or with a double tray for meats, can be removed using a handle locking system and slides on a ground bar with bearings, the sharpener is positioned above the stainless steel blade.
