Professional gravity slicer in anodized aluminium with stainless steel blade.

These are made from a die cast aluminium alloy which is treated for food processing according to current EC directives. The structure of the machine is made in strict accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers.

A reset switch is included. The carriage is fixed and the sharpener provided is only fitted onto the carriage when necessary. Stainless steel anti-adherent blade.
